"Excellent staff and service from the moment you walk through those floor to ceiling glass doors until the moment you leave. Didn't love the shower (half door) design where water kept splashing out nor the very temperamental hot water but the rooms were spacious with connecting doors, the beds and turn down service made every night cozy and comfortable and the location simply could not be beat."

"The front desk staff were the least friendly for our entire 14 day trip. We asked for restaurant advice and the front desk person said he would make reservations. However, when we arrived, no one made the reservation according to the restaurant. This room was average size. The room was old and could use updating.
