"It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more...

The room was perfect and the host provided us with all kinds of amenities to make our stay exactly what we needed. She also left us a gift in the refrigerator to celebrate our anniversary. "I didn’t get to stay long because I checked in late, but the apartment was so cute and so was the outside sitting area. It’s much bigger than I expected too. The jacuzzi was relaxing and clean. The only thing is it didn’t get very hot. It’s like 10 mins from the town but I actually enjoyed that. I would definitely stay again. "

"This little spot was centrally located, clean and well-managed, and quiet at night. The patio set was great for getting some time outside without going far, but downtown Wimberley was just a short walk away. Onsite parking was painless. We were provided towels for the shower and for the river. We didn't end up using the property's river access and instead went to Cyprus Falls to swim and paddle board (highly recommend, go early!). What sweet and thoughtful hosts."
