Tamara was fabulous at meeting us and giving us ideas for places to hike, great drives for fall color, and good places to eat nearby. The unit was clean and very comfortable. "We had the best time in Whitefish at this chalet. Beautiful view. Very nice, clean property. We had everything we needed to cook meals at the home. We did not rent a car. We bought groceries on the in from the airport, and door dashed the rest. Base lodge and multiple chair lifts were a very short ski ride down a small hill. The cell service was really not enough to access the internet for us, so be sure to get the access instructions downloaded before you arrive. Columbia Falls is a great little community- a bit more low key than Whitefish, less tourist overrun than Hungry Horse or West Glacier. Highly recommend the Big Sky...
