"This was a reasonable place to stay in a somewhat out of the way part of France. If you are interested in lutherie and the history of mechanical music Mirecourt is a very interesting place to visit. However a stay in Contrexeville or Vittel might provide additional places to see and visit. The spiral staircase inside Le Luth offers a challenge if you are almost 79 and have large suitcases. Nonetheless, a comfortable place to stay for the night and a nice breakfast in the morning."

"This was a delightful place to stop. It is a quiet little village with some interesting history. The hotel itself is a very impressive building. As with many buildings of this vintage there is no lift. However I would not let this be a factor in making a decision whether to stay or not unless you have a mobility issue."
