"This is an unpretentious but grand property on the edge of everything in old Nimes. Location, cleanliness and service were top rank. Definitely worth a revisit. Sandra at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful."

"One minute walk to train station and bus station. And a small supermarket next door. They had a free water cooler so you could fill up water bottles. Had a little kitchette and balcony with chair and tables. By far the best place we stayed during our 2 week holiday in France. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

I then contacted Hotels.com who said I could only cancel through their reception but this was impossible since the reception was closed. I’ve called and emailed with no reply. "
