"The condo was as described. It is a little ways out of the city center so having a vehicle was a must. We arrived when it was dark so finding the actual unit was a bit of a challenge as the numbers were not well lit. The beds were rather hard and not the most comfortable. "Second time we have stayed in this complex with the same owner. The apartment/condo is located in SE Saskatoon in the newer neighborhood of Rosewood. Close to a Tim Hortons, a pub/restaurant. and supermarket. Walking trail in open space nearby. Unit is well appointed and clean. May be a bit short of utensils if one plans on cooking meals. The chairs and couch in the living area are not comfortable and difficult to use if one has mobility issues. Temperature in the master shower (steam shower)...

"Two friends and I were visiting Saskatoon and vicinity to see the whooping crane and sandhill crane migration. This area is a great migration path so birding is great. This condo is central and easy to get in and out of town in all directions. It was a clean and relaxing condo and close to restaurants."
