The staff was very service minded and showed us how to park with them and use their own quick and cost-free shuttle instead of using the more expensive public Alfa and Beta parking, it was of great convenience for us.

Decent hotel near Arlanda. Call the hotel for a shuttle bus, ours took less than 5 minutes to arrive (pick-up is from bay 12 outside terminal 4 right now). Upon checking in they asked when we would like transport back to the airport. Staff didn't seem particularly interested in their jobs (neither the driver nor the receptionist greeted us) but everything went without a hitch nonetheless.

Affordable airport hotel located a10 minute drive from Arlanda airport Stockholm Sweden. Friendly staff, clean simple rooms, great breakfast, good restaurant. Not really within walking distance of the airport, but the hotel has several shuttle vans available. When you arrive at Arlanda, call the hotel and they’ll send a shuttle van, when you check in let them know if and when you want a ride to Arlanda. I’ve stayed there twice. There’s a large long term parking lot next to the hotel, which could be good if you arrive in your car. But also makes it less scenic.

After just arriving back in Sweden after a Japan trip this hotel felt like a slap in the face. Pretty worn down and unclean facilities for the price. I doubt many people need more than a place to sleep for the night but still not what I expected it to be. Breakfast was nice and staff was friendly however.

I was unable to call for the free airport shuttle because I did not have a Swedish phone. I would have liked to arrange the shuttle ahead of time by email. There was a hefty extra fee for early check in. The hotel is very isolated. There were no resturants, shops, parks or any other places nearby to wait for check in time. Waiting in the lobby wasn't appealing, nor was waiting in the parking lot. Early check in fee was cheaper then a return trip via taxi to the city to wait until official check in time. The bed headboard was stained with? The ceiling in the shower had brown stuff on it. On the plus side it was very close to Arlanda Airport and the breakfast was very good.

Sköna sängar men bara en liten kudde som var hälften så stor som en normal kudde. Toasitsen var helt lös så man fick hålla i sig när man skulle sitta ner. Annars trevlig personal och ok frukost.
