"Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi vers 16 à l'agence. On nous a remis les clefs et demandé 2 chèques, un de 400 euros et l'autre de 100 euros. Aucun état des lieux contradictoire a été réalisé mais tout était correct. Nous nous sommes battus avec les moustiques, cependant nous avons bien profité de notre séjour. le balcon en forme de demi lune est grand et permet des bains de soleil. l"

"Nous avons séjourné début septembre 2015 dans cet appartement. Points forts de cette location située au cœur de Palavas, la vue à 180° depuis la grande terrasse ou l'on peut aisément déjeuners et diners, tous les commerces au pied de l'immeuble, ses équipements, la possibilité de louer un garage et un interlocuteur local si besoin. Un petit rafraichissement intérieur serait encore un plus. Nous avons aimé notre séjour et pas de problèmes pour y revenir. "

"It is a very rare thing to say that your apartment had no faults, but this had none. The views from the balcony every day where so different, the views from the back onto the mountains and the Lighthouse were a delight, even when popping to the toilet at 3am lol Parking was locked and secured inside as well so you can quite happily leave your car for ages with no worries. We had everything we needed for our holiday and the most amazing patisserie by the River where we would sit every morning...

"The apartment is beautifully placed away from the busy parts of the beach, well equipped and furnished perfect for a family or couple looking for a chilled beach break. Its worth beeing aware you do really need a car fot this accommodation as the nearest good supermarket is around 15 mins by car. I would go back."

"The owner is really easy to communicate with and very nice. The location is great, right off the beach and a couple of minutes by foot to the port center. The futon is more comfortable than I expected, but I was surprised that bedding and linens weren't included. Luckily, Luc offers them as a supplement. A real plus for summer months is his supplemental offer of a garage and use of bicycles. I wish there had been wifi. All in all, it's a deal."
