Caroline greeted us at the desk and couldn’t have been more helpful making sure we were able to sort out our parking. She was so friendly and welcoming. This is a lovely, clean and smart hotel. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and hope to in the future. "

"The service and little touches especially for the kids (kids corner, a token for the kids to spend at the bar to get a choice from a list of chocolates, activity pack, juice etc), free cookies and still water that was topped up daily, lovely buffet breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. "Next to Lyme Regis front beach, 1 minute walk. Walking distance to Charmouth beach walking along the beach, 50 minutes and 1.5 miles. Walking distance to Monmouth Beach, ammonite pavement, 20 minutes walk. There’s a pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. You got to book first, one hour each family/room. The services of checking in, breakfast, and so on were professional. Room was clean and quiet. The only downside is some light daints on the carpet floor, but they’re cleaned just hard to remove. This was a very minor issue. My comment is based on the sale price. So it added to the great stay experience."
