This is your vacation - why settle for less? Large, New England style Oceanfront home featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Among the many amenities are free WIFI, cable TV, an outdoor grill, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Unbeatable ocean views, hardwoods, and 10 foot ceilings throughout most of the house. Comfortably sleeps 9 in beds but can sleep many more if sofas and foldout beds are used!

We recently renovated the home, keeping the old New England charm but adding modern elegance and convenience! The home also features new, high-end mattresses and bedding.

This home is on Brant Rock's "high road" and boasts commanding views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy watching the sunrise from the large front porch. Rock Beach is a short stroll down the road or venture to the rocky beach in front of the home to explore and play in the tide pools at low tide. Beaches in area: Brant Rock Beach, Green Harbor Beach, Rexhame Beach and Duxbury Beach. Home is located in walking distance from many popular restaurants. We are also located 0.6 miles away from Peter Igo Park, which provides tennis, pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts. You can walk or drive, they have public parking available.

Downstairs contains a large kitchen with appliances, 1 private bedroom with a queen, 1 bathroom (with a shower), a formal dining room, large family room, sitting area with HDTV, and a laundry room. The views from the kitchen, living room, and sitting room are breathtaking. See the photos!

Upstairs contains 3 private, spacious bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full, 1 bunk twin/full) and 1 full bathroom (with shower/soaker tub). Lots of closet/storage space. A private enclosed porch is just off the upstairs "master" with 180 degree ocean views. HDTV with cable in the "master."

Wonderful stay
We had an incredible time visiting our family in Massachusetts. We stayed in this beautiful house and had a fantastic time visiting family who all live close by in the South Shore. The views in this house are spectacular. The hosts were always available for any questions we had and we enjoyed the stay.

This was a wonderful large, but cozy property! I loved sitting on the front porch and watching the ocean. There was ample seating provided on the porch. The beds were comfortable. I would stay at this property again!! Definitely a thumbs up!!

Excellent beach front home!!
This property was everything I had hoped it would be!! Sitting on the front porch with the ocean right in front of me was just amazing. Watching grey seals and sunrises, along with short walks to the small downtown for groceries and ice cream was just perfect!! This house was beautiful on the inside also, and very spacious. A five star for sure!!

Swell Getaway!
Three women who get together in a different place every year found this to be the best place for walking along the shore, sunbathing (in November!) on the verandah, and playing games in front of the fireplace at night. Divine! Anne and her property manager were conscientious about doing all they could to make our stay perfect.

Beautiful, comfortable and roomy home with gorgeous views.
Amazing house with amazing views. We were 6 adults and a baby, and there was plenty of room for us and a couple overnight guests. Right on the rocky ledge of ocean, it's a short walk to a little sandy beach and a short drive to a big beautiful Marshfield or Duxbury beach.

My family and I stayed here for a lovely weekend in June. The house was amazing. Spacious and comfortable. Incredible views. It was exactly what we were looking for. A place to relax and breathe in the ocean air. Easy walk to town for dinner. Dog friendly! It was perfect. I would definitely rent it again.

Everything was great. The kitchen could use a good cleaning and the dish/glass situation should be expanded. (Wine glasses!?!) Otherwise home was lovely. Neighbors helpful and friendly. Plenty of room for 8 adults, Close to restaurants and the view can’t be beat.

The view was amazing and the home was clean and homey. We loved our stay. If I had to say anything that was disappointing is that the home pictured the front porch with chairs to enjoy view, however there were none! We had to go and buy some. Other than that we had a great time.

Lovely Property, Lovely Setting
Lovely home with great space for our family and three rambunctious grandkids. We really enjoyed our week. We loved the restaurants in walking distance and the stunning ocean view from the front of the home. Brant Rock is not built up and touristy--a big plus for our tastes. We would have liked more information about nearby beaches (but explored on our own), and the downstairs bedroom could have used a window air conditioner like the upstairs bedrooms. We would highly recommend this home for families with kids.

Great view, great space!
The living space in this house was fantastic. So many different areas to get comfortable in on the first floor. Bedrooms were well appointed. Plenty of space to cook and eat in the kitchen/dining area. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate the weekend we were here, but the view of the ocean and proximity to the house cannot be beat. My only suggestion, the grates of the bedroom air conditioners need to be removed and cleaned to get the season started.

Awesome home with gorgeous views!
I recently spent a night at Michael's place with some girlfriends, and the property did not disappoint! The home is quite large, and there was plenty of room for everyone. (We were a party of 6) With just a stones throw from the beach, the home had beautiful views, and was nicely appointed. Michael was very responsive throughout the entire process and had great restaurant recommendations. We had a great time, and I would recommend his place without any reservation!

Great Trip
The property was very very clean. The rooms are very spacious. There was plenty of storage area. Decor was absolutely perfect for the house in this area. The Fairview Inn was just four houses down from where we were. The food and atmosphere were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was so perfect we didn’t want to leave. The view of the ocean was awe inspiring and watching the seals bobbing every morning was a delight to watch. Everything was so perfect, we had no need to contact the hosts. If you want a nice coastal stay, this is the place to stay 😻😻

Perfect for the family.
All was clean and ready for us. The only mar was a leak in ceiling and windows in living room during a huge rain and wind storm. But certainly enough space for us to enjoy elsewhere. There was me, my son and family, and my daughter and family. Plenty of space. Would love to rent again if we are planning a trip to Marshfield. Carol Clapp
