"Great place. Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. Great for children plenty of toys and play area outside. Great location to go to the beach. We cycled to Mablethorpe and blessed with fantastic weather. The pub in the village had nice good but the manager didn’t like visitors or as he termed them tourists and didn’t make us feel welcome but his loss as we still had a good time at other locations. "

"Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service."

"We had a great stay and found the facility was very comfortable. I would happily stay again but would make a couple of observations. It would have been great if the property had been warmer when we arrived. It did warm up but it would have been nice to not have to find the heating as the very first thing on entry. For a property that caters for so many people, there was a shortage of saucepans. However, overall, we were very happy."

"The first thing that struck us when we arrived was how clean and beautiful the place was. Julie, Louise and Clare were very welcoming, and a great source of local knowledge if like us you aren't from the area. The location is great but you really need a car to take advantage of the area, its about 30mins from the nearest beach, and we drove for 10 min to do a bit of rambling at the Wolds top, and viking way. "Nice and spacious, however -; There’s a ‘hole’ at the top of the stairs under the carpet that we all nearly tripped down … including our 3 year old. The property is very roughly finished - there’s a tile in the kitchen that’s loose and proud - which we almost cut our feet on. Not enough cutlery/ crockery to cover the amount of guests that can stay there . "We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive.
