Called Expedia many times, could not talk to a person. The longest I waited on hold was over 1/2 hr (have screen shot). We gave up and got another room from another company."

"Overall the cleanliness was not good. I was not made aware of the well water. So it was a smelly surprise. The manager was very friendly when I needed help. Unfortunately the animal trap was left on the balcony where I needed to go to smoke. They did tell me the animal was gone though. It looked like a pop exploded in the kitchen.
