Beautiful getaway!
Can’t get any closer to the bay than this home. So enjoyed watching pelicans, otters, ospreys, and blue herons from the deck. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. And oh yes, the beautiful sunsets over Pt Reyes.

Perfect getaway
What a perfect location for a couple of kayakers who really needed a getaway! The house was warm and cozy, even through a storm the first day, it was very comfortable and the view can’t be beat. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and the living room is stocked with games, books, comfy chairs to watch the bay, and a hot tub over the water. We easily launched kayaks from our own beach and we’re instantly in paddler heaven. We will keep this as a favorite go to on Tomales bay.

Cozy Cottage on the Water
My husband and I enjoyed a weekend retreat at Bleu Bay Cottage. We enjoyed sipping our coffee while watching the sun rise. We had our wine on the deck while watching the sun set. We could hear the gentle waves at night and gazed at the stars while enjoying the hot tub. The small beach next to the cottage was perfect for launching our kayaks. The cottage is well appointed and clean. Overall, a great experience.

Wonderful Getaway!
Really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean, nice and had everything we needed for our stay. You are right on the water with Beautiful Sunsets. The Hot Tub was spectacular. There was a wonder store in Pt Reyes and Nicks Cove a mile away has the best food and drinks. There is no cell phone coverage, but who cares when your in paradise?

Perfect for a couple.
Our first stay in the Point Reyes area, and this was great. An easy drive to Tomales, Pt. Reyes, and Inverness for food and hikes. The house felt spacious for two, nicely updated appliances and furniture. Fast internet. There is a spiral staircase to be navigated to the bedroom - not an issue for us. Location over the water was perfect! Very responsive property manager and owner. The only thing it lacked was curtains to block the afternoon sun. We hope to return!

Had a lovely stay and other than a few things that needed fixing kitchen facet, dishwasher which we told the PM about when we checked out the cottage is very nice and cozy. Watching the tide ebb and flow from the cottage was wonderful and living over the water was like being on a ship without the people. Would definitely go back.

We couldn't take our eyes off the beautiful view of Tomales Bay which you can see from every room in the house. It was bigger than I thought with the extra sun room between the living room and bathroom. The location was very peaceful and rejuvenating...

On the water
What a beautiful place to be. Right on the water. (Actually, the water comes under the back deck and the house when the tide comes in.) My favorite is when the bat rays come right up to you during low tide to feed, and listening to egrets and ospreys nesting a few houses down in the cove. Wow. Thank you for a peaceful time in a home that is so well cared for. Hoping to come back soon!

Great property
The views are amazing and the house is well equipped and pleasant. The hot tub was a bit sandy, and there is only one bedroom. The house does sleep 4+, but the additional beds are fold out couches. They were reasonably comfortable, but if you should not expect privacy for more than 2 people. The bedroom itself is a loft with a fabulous view and a very comfortable bed. Overall we loved it!

Well maintained and furnished. Induction stove and cookware very, very nice. Location, view, and property too nice to go anywhere else. Hot tub and gas fire stove worked perfectly, and the home was totally ready for our arrival. Inquiries to management were responded to quickly and very safisfactorily. Isolated within itself. Super nice rental.

Beautiful house with a great view
The house is located down a long, narrow lane and there is only a spot for one vehicle. I wish the listing had mentioned this. The house was immaculate inside with several new appliances. The hot tub was great and used several times by us. The listing did mention laundry facilities, but the washer and dryer had a padlock on them and after fishing every day, it would have been nice to have had the opportunity to wash our wet and dirty clothes. Overall, a great place and we would stay again.

Loved our stay at this property! Amazing location - I loved watching the color of the sky and the water change throughout the day. Low tide revealed tide pools at the back of the house, and my son had a blast checking out the starfish, anemones, crabs and sea snails. The place was stocked with everything we could have needed. Can't wait to come back.

Lovely cottage over the water
If you have never fallen asleep to the sounds of tiny waves lapping under you, I highly recommend it. And the view! Every morning, we woke up to egrets and loons starting their days. The location is great, close to Hog Island, the Marshall Store, and a short drive to downtown Point Reyes. The cottage was clean, stocked with towels, kitchen and coffee supplies, and shampoo/body wash/etc. The hot tub has 1 temperature setting, but it was plenty warm enough to be able to hang out outside even when temperatures were in the 50s. Our hosts left a very thoughtful, thorough binder full of advice. Perfect escape for a weekend getaway.

Perfect getaway spot! Stunning views!
My two girlfriends and I absolutely LOVED our stay here. We actually spent most of our trip a the house, either luxuriating in the hot tub or talking about life while sitting on the deck with either a coffee or a cocktail, depending on the hour. We couldn't have imagined a better place and we actually preferred it to being out. I will say that whoever sleeps upstairs instead of on the pullout is having a far superior experience, in my opinion. We remedied this inequity by having two of us take turns. If I were a group of 4, I would either do the same thing or have the pair that wants to sleep upstairs pay a bit more- it's that stunning upstairs. However, for the record the pullout bed is not uncomfortable. And our host made sure we were good on bedding. Another thing that amazed me was how well stocked the place was for a vacation rental. We brought our own ice and hot sauce since we didn't know, and really we didn't need to bring any of that. They had coffee, tea, condiments... I've been to my share of vacation homes and this was perhaps the best of them all.

Great place, but not so hot tub this time
We love this place. We have been coming here for years. We look forward to the hot tub, but this time it wasn't working. It was as cold as the Bay on arrival which means that someone had not checked it to ensure it was warm and operating before we came.
