Cedar cabin located on a working Buffalo Farm near the Buffalo National River.

Clean, comfortable cedar cabin. WITH A HOT TUB on the back deck.( Very pet friendly) located on a 500 acre buffalo and cattle farm. 640 square feet, with large back deck over looking the buffalo farm. 2 bedroom with a double bed in each bedroom. Living room has a hide a bed in one couch. Comfortable sleeps up to 6. Full kitchen fully furnished, washer and dryer. All pavement road access . Large front yard for the kids to play, with fire pit and picnic tables. All located in the beautiful Ozark Mountains 6 miles east of Marshall, Ar. With plenty of things to do for the whole family. Only 20 minutes from the Buffalo River , less than an hour and a half from Branson ,Mo. and only 10 minutes from one of the last old fashioned drive in theaters . The place was very clean. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Close to Marshall and Leslie both and to the Buffalo River and business associated with floating the river. 10 min from the local drive-in. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to use these properties again.

Buffalo Ranch Cabin Rentals
Buffalo Ranch Cabin Rentals are a superb experience and their hospitality is wonderful! We have stayed their twice and will be going back in the fall. I highly recommend them! The cabins are very clean and very well furnished. The tour of the ranch and animal experience is so much fun! The owner is there and helps with anything you need! The hot tub was fun also!

Cute cabin
Cute place, well priced. Owner very friendly and attentive. He went out of his way to leave a large stack of fire wood next to the outdoor fire ring. Really cool blow-up hot tub on back porch.

Highly Recommend!
We loved our stay at this property. We had a group of 7 and rented both this cabin and the one with the treehouse. We only had one glitch when we (and L.C.) discovered the property had been double booked. L.C. quickly resolved the issue to both parties satisfaction. Overall, if you het a chance to stay at the property, I highly reccomend. The tour of the farm and getting to pet and feed the buffalo was a blast!

Perfect getaway
The cabin is comfortable and peaceful. Check-in was incredibly easy. The owner is a PERFECT host. We got to play with a baby water buffalo and interact with several other animals. The cabin is nice and the host makes it a unique and memorable experience. The tour of the farm was so much fun. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed three nights here with my youngest and we had such a good time! the cedar cabin was beautifully done and had everything we needed. The owner was great and available if we needed anything and gave us a wonderful tour of a working buffalo and cattle ranch in these gorgeous hills..the cabin is also just a short drive to the beautiful buffalo where we explored and floated our days away and came back to great evenings of making more memories. There is also a nice firepit under the stars..we will definitely be back!!!

Family vacation
LC was a great host! Check in and check out were super easy and LC makes his rounds daily to see if you need anything! He took us on a tour of his ranch to see all the animals and our kids loved it! They got to ride his water Buffalo, pet his emu, feed Buffalo and pet his baby cow! The cabin is just a short drive away from the Buffalo river and kenda drive in movie! We loved it and definitely recommend for anyone wanting to visit the Buffalo river area!

Great experiences, and not the average property!
The host was beyond excellent. He is extremely attentive, cordial, and genuinely nice! The property was great! there was one very small glitch which LC took care of immediately. The tour of the working ranch was awesome! The number of stars which you could see from the hot tub on the deck was absolutely incredible. Loved the décor, and the cabin was as clean as any property where I've stayed. I will be returning to this cabin soon!

Great Family Experience!!
We needed a Thanksgiving getaway and this listing fit the bill. L.C. was the most communicative host we’ve had, coming by after check-in to make sure we were settled in OK. He then took us the next day on the tour of his farm (included with the rental)-we got to pet a water buffalo and emu and feed Buffalo! He said he wants to provide an experience and he did not disappoint! The hot tub on the deck was amazing as well. Cabins are well-stocked with cooking equipment and condiments as well. We loved roasting hot dogs & marshmallows in the fire pit. It was a great family trip & we made some great memories!!

Wonderful peaceful stay!
Very Clean and comfortable cabin! The most peaceful relaxing stay we have had in a long time. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck, and the fire pit out front. LC made sure we had everything we needed for a great time around the fire. LC took us on a tour of the Ranch. We feed the goats , bottle feed a calf, petted a Emu that he raised from a baby. We feed the majestic Buffalo, that was just indescribable. We learned the history of the ranch and LC was a wonderful host, and very responsive. We had a good phone service during our stay. They provided some dvd’s , but we brought out favorite dvd’s from home. We will be back for sure!!

Best VRBO experience
Got one the neatest VRBO experience we ever encountered. We got your Ratchford Ratchford Buffalo Farms and Cabin Rentals who also own rental cabin which were really nice to stay at and not to far away from Hwy 65. L.C. Ratchford is a real nice guy to visit with and can provide you a real destination experience for free (touring the farm). Also we had change our dates because of out of town emergency I had take care of a week before he was very accommodating and helping me change my date so I did not miss out on this experience for me and my spouse weekend getaway. The cabin had it own uniqueness with the woodsy decor. Definitely want to bring the kids back here.

Great cabin!
We came to Arkansas to hike and see the Buffalo river and just have a nice relaxing Memorial weekend. When we arrived, the owner LC was there to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed. Cabin was very clean and was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. LC gave us a tour of the ranch and let us feed the animals. Hot tub was enjoyed on the deck and loved the picnic tables out by the fire pit. It was a nice place to come back to at the end of the day and cook dinner and relax. There were quite a few dvds to choose from to watch a movie as well, but recommend bringing a few of your own as well. Very close to many hiking trails and only 20 min from the river. Our favorite place we went to see was Blanchard springs and caves. They had cave tours and a beautiful mirrored lake with waterfalls.

A wonderful hillside getaway - close to the Buffalo
My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful stay at LC Ratchford's cedar cabin in Marshall and he was an amazing host! While we were still driving up (during the peak of a summer heat wave) LC called to let us know he had turned on all of the air-conditions prior to our arrival. We arrived around 6 pm and didn't really have any immediate plans for the evening, so we called LC and he offered to take us on a full tour of the farm right then; visiting and feeding all of the animals. (He could practically run a wildlife park with the wide variety of creatures he has on the farm - not just buffalo!) It was a perfect tour for our 11 year-old. She had a blast! The cabin was clean & spacious, 2 queen sized beds with a fully complemented kitchen and a charcoal BBQ grill on the back porch. The cabin is about a 5-mile drive north of the village of Marshall and puts you about 7.5 miles from the Greer's Ferry launch into the Buffalo River - just down the hill from Wild Bill's Outfitters. (Make sure that you call LC to get specific directions, as most GPS / Phones will not recognize the physical street address.) His verbal directions will lead you right to it with no issues. An overall wonderful experience & we will definitely be back to visit in the future!

This was a very fun way to spend Thanksgiving as a family. The owners are wonderful and gave a tour of the farm and we even got to feed animals. We are planning to go back in the summer when we will be able to spend more time hiking exploring and going to the river.

Very fun!!
Clean and beautiful, yet a rustic hunters-themed cabin. The cabin is isolated and private. The hot tub was a ton of fun! We were treated like royalty on the farm tour. LC was a gracious host, well educated and safe. We actually did feed Buffalo by hand!! I highly recommend a stay here. Bring all the food you need, and don’t forget briquettes & lighter fluid for the charcoal grill!

Ratchford Buffalo Farms and Rentals
LC is the manager and is a very gracious and attentive man who makes sure you are having a wonderful and comfortable stay. The tour of his Buffalo ranch is a fantastic experience! I highly recommend the stay at his cabins and I would give 10 stars if I could!❤️

Private & Quiet
The cabin is very clean, private, and quiet. The kids love the hot tub! This was our second stay at this cabin and the owner has stopped by to check in and make sure everything was ok and see if we needed anything. He always offers to show us around the Buffalo Ranch (we haven't had time to do so yet). Even though the river was too low to float, we had a great time!
