"This is a great place to stay! It was one of the cleanest places I’ve rented and such a great history of the building. The decor really captures the vibe of the White River and the area. It’s so convenient and Drew was always very prompt with instructions and information. There was a very sweet orange tiger kitty who watched over my coming and going! I’d love to stay here again and definitely will if it’s available for my next trip to Cotter!"

"This place is so cute! We walked to get food and treats during our stay. It was a convenient spot to stay, while visiting the area’s state parks. I didn’t realize there were stairs inside the apartment and my toddler was overly fascinated, so we made a quick trip to Walmart for a safely gate and all was well. Would definitely stay here again! The hosts were super hospitable, even leaving out some toys and snacks for our 4 year old who came along. There is only a single sink in the kitchen, but it worked out for us. The drive up is dirt and steep, but our SUV had no problems."
