"Likes- Original building and surroundings. Room. Food was good. Facilities. Not so liked. - Poor communication prior to arrival, multiple messages sent, zero replies. - A Spa should be a quiet sanctuary for adults, but from 9-10am and 4-6pm it turns into a council leisure centre for hyped up children. That spoiled the stay for us, as we had to wait all day to actually use the Spa (by the time we checked in and got settled in the room there was no point using the Spa as the kids were going to...

"Great location and staff very helpful and friendly. There was a wedding happening whislt we stayed there and apart from seeing the bride and groom doing their photos we didnt even know a wedding was happening. Nice countryside walk into Thame as well. If i had to find issues then the room could have done with some complimentary water and dressing gowns though which was a bit of a surprise considering we were in a suite and the cost of it. Car park is a bit of a walk if its raining. However...
