Nous avons loué pour la 3eme fois en 5 ans cet appartement. Le séjour c'est très bien passé, mais aucunes améliorations au niveau du matériel. Le meuble de rangement du salon, la table, les chaises ont plus de 40 ans . Le Jardinet n'est toujours pas clôturé correctement, pas d'herbe, uniquement de la terre. La cuisine est dans son jus. Un investissement global serait nécessaire pour le faire passer au 21eme siècle.

TV minuscule , problème réseau , pas de hotte aspirante dans la cuisine se qui déclenche le détecteur de fumée collé sur la porte , une plancha électrique sans rallonge impossible a utiliser ni a l' intérieure ni a l'extérieure. Logement et meubles a rajeunir. Pourquoi ne pas avoir les clés sur place remis au concierge et état des lieux.

Location très bien pourvue mais quelque peu trist
Mais un gros inconvénient pour nous seniors : résidence éloignée de toutes commodités, commerces, plages de sable et vieux port et centre de La Ciotat. Les distances données sur le site sont calculées à vol d oiseau, la réalité est tout autre rien que pour la boulangerie de Fonsainte. De surcroît des sacrés raidillons à remonter! Une dernière chose : la baignoire une douche aurait été plus adaptée pour nous
