In La Bouilladisse, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming two-storey house with swimming pool, 265 m² in size and able to accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 100 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: two single beds
- Separate WC

On the second floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) with bathroom with shower, bath and WC
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- Bedroom 5: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A swimming pool open from April to October, 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm (private, unheated, size 12x6m). The pool is 100 m from the house.
- A lovely 500m² garden + 50m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in La Bouilladisse, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Transport :
If you decide to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot.

- The house is close to the sainte baume and sainte victoire mountains
- The pool is 100m from the house, and adjoining another house. All guests at “La Maison de Jean” have exclusive use of the pool from 8am to 11pm, 7 days a week. It's all green space and free access.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favorable weather conditions.
