Comfortable house situated in the heart of a landscaped garden nestled in the hills.
House for up to 4 people on site: 2 adults and 2 children.
For children there is a mezzanine (sofa bed).

Small house of 30m2 + a mezzanine of 10m2.
A double bed of 160cm x 200cm in the bedroom.
A 140 cm x 190 cm sofa bed in the mezzanine

Access to the swimming pool shared with the owner with a view of the Sainte-Baume. There is a pool wheelchair available if needed.

Very quiet, no car noise, field of birds.

Ideal for visiting Provence (Aix-en-Provence, Marseille etc.) and enjoying the many festivals (Avignon, La Roque d'Anthéron).

The Mediterranean Sea is accessible in 20 minutes by car to reach the beaches of Cassis, La Ciotat, the calanques....

Tenants are requested to clean the house before leaving.
Possibility of a final cleaning as an option or to do the cleaning yourself: extra charge 50 euros.

Endroit calme au bout de chemin.
Hôtess sympathique, accueillante et serviable. Hébergement: Bonne disposition de la pièce, de la cuisine, de l’armoire et des toilettes et douche dans un petit espace. Un petit loft donne des points supplémentaires et augmente la surface habitable. Les sols carrelés rendent l’appartement facile à nettoyer. Un plus évident à l’intérieure avec une jolie table de cuisine avec un plateau en marbre et un piètement en fonte. Malheureusement, le logement a besoin d’être rénové. Cuisine et salle de bain assez vétustes. Armoires et tiroires de la cuisine et de la salle de bain usés et moisis. Les meubles d’extérieur en moisissure verte n’invitent pas à l’utilisation. Avec de la rénovation, un peu de bricolage et de soin, le logement reviendra beau.

Off the beaten track
We ended up enjoying our stay but the place is very small and no sitting area inside. We wanted to have our grandchildren overnight but we felt the ladder was too dangerous. The road to the house is very bumpy and narrow. The biggest problem was poor WiFi reception. Place was not completely cleaned as the coffee pot was still dirty. However Patricia tried her best to make us comfortable and we did love the area.

Régions à découvrir mais logement non conforme à nos attentes.
La propriétaire prodigue de très bons conseils de visites et est a l'écoute des besoins. Elle est très affable, très sympathique et très cultivée Elle offre de l'eau, du vin et des raisins dés l'arrivée. Auriol présente l'avantage d'offrir un accès autoroutier vers Marseille, La Ciotat., Aix en Provence, .... Depuis la piscine les vues sont jolies et verdoyantes. Néanmoins, le logement nous a paru dés notre arrivée vétuste... Le son de la tv est peu claire, la télécomande non fonctionelle, le mobilier abimé par l'humidité, notamment la cuisine et de la moisissure est présente dans la douche. Dans sa gentillesse, elle donne les produits pour l'entretien mais il n'est pas possible de faire disparaitre ces traces. Une impression d'humidité générale se dégage, évidemment cela ne transparait pas sur les photos. Le chemin d'accés est peu carrosable, d'autant plus si le véhicule est bas, il faut vraiment être attentif à ne rien casser. ( châssis bas s'abstenir ) Mais paradoxalement, absolument aucune critique à formuler sur l'attitude de la propriétaire durant la location que des compliments. J'ai tenté d'être à 100 pourcents objectif dans mon jugement sans aucun préjugés ....

Schöner Urlaub, mäßige Unterkunft
Schöne, ruhige Lage des Objekts. Gut zum Rennrad fahren, wandern und Ausflüge ans Meer machen. Leider sind wir sind im Dunkel angekommen und da es Oktober war, war es bereits sehr kalt in der Wohnung. Wir haben in der Nacht gefroren und der Heizstrahler hat erst nach einiger Zeit ohne zu stinken geheizt. Der Außenbereich der Wohnung sowie das Objekt selbst haben sehr viel Potenzial, sind aber leider etwas heruntergekommen. Die Wohnung war nur mäßig sauber. Einen Ausblick, wie man hätte vom Inserat vermuten können, hat man nicht von der Wohnung/Eingangsbereich aus. Küche soweit vollständig ausgestattet. Gastgeber waren freundlich zugewandt bei Anreise, anschließend keinen Kontakt mehr gehabt. Die Region ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir würden allerdings nicht nochmal in diese Unterkunft gehen.

Das Objekt ist sehr ruhig gelegen, hat einen wundervollen Pool und sehr nette Vermieter. Das Apartment ist klein, eher nicht modern, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage Lage dieser Einliegerwohnung, die an das Haupthaus angebaut ist, ist sehr gut für Unternehmungen und zudem ruhig. Einzig die sehr schlechte Wifi-Verbindung war unangenehm.

Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires que nous remercions encore pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Le cadre est calme à souhait, très agreable, tant la location que les alentours au coeur du Parc régional de la Sainte Baume. Belles promenades dans le coin. La Méditerranée et la belle Marseille à une vingtaine de minutes. Nous reviendrons certainement.

De très belles vacances
Un très bon souvenir de cette location et des ses propriétaires très accueillants, disponibles et nous ayant communiqué des conseils avisés pour les visites dans la région. Un cadre de vacances très agréable avec une superbe piscine et la vue sur la montagne, de même qu'un très beau jardin paysager. Adresse bien située, à garder pour une nouvelle découverte de la région.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber vollständig eingerichtet und bietet eine Galerie über dem Wohn/Schlafraum. Anfang November hatten wir leichte Probleme mit der Feuchtigkeit in Bad und Abstellraum. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung oder die umliegenden größeren Städte. Schwierig ist es,wenn man bei Dunkelheit anreist,die Adresse zu finden !

Schöner Urlaub in der Provence
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und für zwei Personen sehr gut. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und Hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral . Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Marseille Aix en Provence und im schönen Cassis. Der Pool und der Garten sind echt super.

Prachtige locatie, maar....
Zoals in andere recensies beschreven wordt, is dit een ideale plek voor een ontspannen vakantie met veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijk en geven veel adviezen. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn fantastisch, maar helaas werden deze gedurende negen van onze veertien dagen in beslag genomen door veel familieleden van de eigenaars, die daar hun vakantie door brachten.. Dat was niet volgens de afspraak dat het zwembad gedeeld werd tussen de eigenaars en ons als huurders. De privacy waarop we gerekend hadden werd helaas niet waar gemaakt, waardoor we niet optimaal van ons verblijf hebben kunnen genieten.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Patricia. Elle est agréable et très arrangeante. La location convient plutôt à un couple et un enfant, la déco un peu vieille mais c'est suffisant pour dormir. Notre seul point noir je dirai la salle de bain, j'avais vu les photos et je savais à quoi m'en tenir. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine sans être "gêné". Les propriétaires sont discrets. Merci pour ce séjour

Very pleasant stay, nice pool especially appreciated in the hottest summer in the French history.
A very peaceful and quiet little place at the foot of la Sainte Baume mountain ridge, great for everyone looking for a stay away from crowds. A small but sufficient appartment. Conveniently placed 20 minutes (in a car) from beaches, and yet in the heart of the lower Provence. Very friendly proprietors.
