The Calanques National Park is accessible on foot from the residence at 2km (20 mins on foot)
With a superb view of the sea and Cap Canaille, the apartment is located in the private residence of Terres Marines.
Large 25M swimming pool, pool house and games (ping pong table).
2 tennis courts with a training wall and a private parking space.
The apartment includes an entrance, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, a shower room with separate WC; fully equipped kitchenette, living room with sofa bed.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Cassis
Wir haben eine Woche in diesem sehr gepflegten Appartement verbracht. Es ist ruhig gelegen in einer grösseren Anlage, die gut unterhalten und viel Grünfläche und schönen Pflanzen umgeben ist. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es hat alles was man braucht und die Terrasse bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Cap und das Meer. Ein Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir kommen gerne wieder !
Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und das Cap Canaille. Die Residenz, in der die Wohung liegt, ist durch ein Tor abgeschlossen, Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Das Zentrum von Cassis ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und völlig problemlos.Alle prima!

Nous avons débuté notre séjour par un accueil attentionné du propriétaire . L’appartement est conforme à l’ensemble du descriptif, très propre avec un équipement de qualité . L’environnement est calme à cette époque de l’année. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour des vacances à proximité du centre de Cassis, des Calanques et de Marseille.

We spent a week in the apartment and it was really nice. It was clean, parking right in front of the apartment and the communication with Michel was easy. The balcony was mostly in the shadow (we where there in April) so it was bit chilly in the morning and the evenings. But I think for summer this is a positive aspect. Cassis is lovely and there is a lot to explore (hikes, climbing, sight seeing) Many sights can be reached by foot from the apartment. Would stay here again :)

Nettes kleines Appartement, wir haben uns (2 Erwachsene + kleiner Hund) sehr wohl gefühlt und auch immer wieder den großen Pool zum schwimmen genossen. Tolle Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und stadtbesuche.

Ideal for your holiday at Cassis
Very nice and clean flat. In the kitchen everything you need is available (see description). Very nice balcony with great view, perfect mixture of sun and shadow all day round. The kitchen has everything you need for your short or longer stay (see description). The owners are very helpful and friendly! We had a very relaxing week!

Exellent lieu d'hébergement à CASSIS
Avoir logé dans cet appartement très bien situé, fonctionnel et très bien équipé, a été un plus majeur du séjour dans cette belle ville de Cassis. Il correspondait parfaitement au descriptif et à ce que nous recherchions. La résidence "terres marines"est calme, très bien entretenue et son accès sécurisé. La vue du balcon-terrasse sur la mer, le cap canaille, le château est magnifique, et sans vis à vis à part celui de la pinède. Le centre-ville, port et plages sont à 10 mn à pied (docs en nombre dans l'appartement pour organiser son séjour). Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre hôte, Michel LAPOINTE, pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses conseils.
