Ground floor: 110m2 garage with automatic door (H2. 30 L2. 50), possibility of parking several vehicles (including boat, jet ski, windsurfing) chipping corner for preparing your fish, shellfish and crustaceans, utility room with washing machine, dryer, WC, sink and walk-in shower.

Une location bien située, nous avons bien été accueilli par Christian on s'est vite senti à l'aise. La maison en elle même est propre et vraiment bien décorée on y trouve tout ce dont nous avons besoin au quotidien pendant les vacances. Merci encore nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

A fabulous stay!
The property exceeded our expectations. Christian was a fantastic host and went out of their way to make us feel welcome - he made excellent suggestions of places to visit and eat. The property is located the beautiful Town Marseillan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.
