"The house is ideal for a couple or family with up to 3 children. It is off the beaten track but that is its charm. The views are senational and the house lacks for nothing for self catering. The local town Spello is only 10 minutes drive away and is charming with excellent restaurants, interesting shops and and sights. "A lovely property, sympathetically modernised, which sits in the grounds of a larger holiday home. The property was clean and well cared-for, with a pleasant kitchen/dining/sitting room, a single large bedroom and en excellent shower room.
