Discover the ultimate tranquility in this apartment (300metres from the sea) overlooking a huge swimming pool, part of a wonderful villa surrounded by nature, silence and a dreamy sea view. The main living area features a well-equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a cozy double bedroom. Just a short distance away, discover four air-conditioned double bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom. Outside, adjacent to the pool, you'll find a dedicated toilet and shower for exclusive use. Additionally, a barbecue area nearby awaits, providing the perfect setting for delightful gatherings with friends. The apartment features air conditioning, high speed Wifi, Sat-Tv, fan and private parking places. A crib is also available upon request.
The property offers homemade/home-grown products and has recycling rules, more informations will be provided on site.
Internal pool cleaning is carried out once a week but if you like an extra cleaning service, this can be arranged with an additional cost.
