In this property, that has been recently built, there is a swimming pool which is shared by the two apartments.

This nice property is located in Marsala at only few steps away from Lido Signorino’s beach.

Casa Sunshine features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and it is able to accommodate up to 10 people in one of the best property of this area.

Sunshine is spread over two independent floors and offers a bright and airy living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus 1 guest wc. On the lower floor, there is a further living space with dining facilities, a kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The interiors are an absolute dream with its modern structure and top-quality furnishings is one of a kind.

The outdoor area is even more attractive with its private terrace and tthe well-equipped pool area (shared), immersed into a fantastic garden, the pool is heated (26° free of charge).

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
The weekly rental price includes consumption of gas, water, towels, bed linen, final cleaning and electricity, midweek change of bath towels, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms cleaned weekly - 5 h, cots (2), welcome basket: breakfast items.
Check-in: 16:00 - 21:00 Check-out: 08:00 - 10:00
Late arrivals: 21:00 - 24:00 only if agreed charged Euro 30.
Minimum stay: 7 nights; Arrival day: Friday only from 21 June to 29 August
Pets: not admitted

Heated pool (26°): open from 01 March to 30 Nov.

Extra costs (to be paid on site):
Damage deposit € 300.
Tourist tax: 2.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
