"This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. Not only were the rooms filthy, but they also scammed us by overcharging for laundry services. The pathways around the hotel were uneven and dangerous, and the stairs were incredibly slippery. We even witnessed a staff member slip and injure himself! This place is a safety hazard and a complete rip-off. Save your money and stay far away from this hotel."

"When you go, you must visit Amed and his little shop of potions, lotions, perfumes, teas and handblown glass bottles. Snorkeling off of the pier is world class, and there was a young man named Islam who was a wonderful guide and very helpful to me."

"What a Gem on the Red Sea, immaculate in all areas, great staff and very helpful in all departments. It was quiet which was wonderful as I needed some much needed R & R. "Abbiamo passato una settima in questa meravigliosa struttura, tanto meravigliosa che abbiamo prenotato in altra settimana prima ancora di ritornare in Italia. Struttura molto pulita e personale sempre gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, soprattuto il referente italiano Hyatam . Molta varietà per quanto riguarda le pietanze a base di carne , qualità nella media. Animazione coinvolgente nelle varie attività giornaliere. Nota di merito a Mido il nostro animatore di fiducia 😂.
