"There where rolloff steel construction containers dropped off and loaded on Saturday morning. This was 8 feet from our window ,and sounded like an empty steel bowling alley being used. Horrible planning for a hotel on a Saturday morning ! Furniture was old and very worn. Facilities and rooms were very clean"

"We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past 30 years, under many flags, and numerous renovations. We like the location. However, this time I was struck by the ridiculously high cost of parking- $65 per night (higher than anyplace I have ever seen including NYC) and the frustration of my request for housekeeping to come and tighten a lose toilet seat that was replied (twice) by what must have been a bad IA message offering regrets for the noise in the corridor… no noise never...

"We reserved a king bed and they were trying to give us two double beds instead. The representative was not friendly and didn’t have any customer service skills. The room was very nice but the closet door was broken and didn’t open properly. "
