Relaxing in the private pool on comfortable sun loungers and enjoying a nice piece of meat or a fantastic fresh fish from the grill in the evening - what could be better?

Take a holiday for sure. You have our beautiful house completely to yourself.
Upon your arrival, the domicile is professionally cleaned and prepared and thus offers you a safe and relaxing stay.

In the large, well-kept Mediterranean garden with old olive tree, palm tree and bougainvillea hedge, you will find the large pool and the BBQ grill.

This is a very comfortable place to live. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with satellite TV and dining area, a modern kitchen (with gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster and complete crockery), a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower, washbasin and WC, and one of the 4 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and fan.

There is direct access to the garden from the bedroom, the living room and the kitchen. Furthermore, the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and the central heating are located on the ground floor. Free 100 MBit (max.) WLAN is available in the house and garden.

Upstairs there are 3 bright and airy bedrooms with air-conditioning and additional fan, each with double bed and built-in wardrobe. Each room has its own exit to a balcony or the south-facing terrace, from where you can enjoy a beautiful direct view of the Tramuntana mountains, which are about 15 minutes away. In addition, one of the rooms has an en-suite daylight bathroom with shower/bathtub, washbasin and WC. Another spacious daylight bathroom with double washbasin, shower/bathtub and WC is located opposite the 2 rooms.

Bed linen, towels and complete equipment are of course available.

Great villa for a group
We stayed in the villa as a group of 8 friends and it was great for what we needed. We had hired a car so were able to get into Palma easily from the villa. The pool is fantastic

Villa in Marratxi
If you're considering this villa then what you see is what you get at a fantastic price. The villa is at a corner where there is a breeze to keep you cool in the garden. Clean swimming pool but a little deep at the far end as I'm only 5' 6". The kitchen and lounge is well laid out. And 4 air conditioned bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 1 en suite was a plus for 4 females. The local shop holds all of the essentials, the patisserie has amazing cakes and freshly cooked bread and the restaurant was excellent value and quality. The location of the villa requires a car or you need to travel to Palma via taxi. Around €17. Plus great support from Natalie who organised us our first taxi. Loved the villa, location, the cleanliness of the pool, layout and quietness being in a residential area.

The house was very clean, nicely decorated with plenty of room. You definitely need a car for this location although there are a few small restaurants and a bakery within walking distance. Unfortunately there is on-going construction accross the street which impacts the enjoyment of the backyard and pool area on working days.

We had a lovely 4 night break. The villa was beautifully furnished & well equipped. The whole process from booking to check out was very easy. The people in the bars & shops at Marratxi were so kind and helpful to us. The only thing I would advise is to to preorder taxis in advance as they can take a while to come. Our first visit to Palma, such a beautiful city. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing villa
This is one of the best villas I have stayed in - it is spacious, clean and has everything in it that you need. The area is really nice and we ate out once at a local restaurant - taxis were ok to get into Palma and there is a supermarket close. 5 star!

WONDERFUL!
Beautiful house in Marratxi, close to Palma and easy access to airport! There were couple of restaurants in walking distance, handy for breakfast or a quick dinner. The house is well equipped and modern and the description on Homeaway is accurate. One drawback is that there is no air conditioning so it was a bit warm at times.....but the fans were adequate for the most part. We enjoyed the patio and pool and spent most evenings there. A car is necessary to explore other parts of the island, and Marratxi is in a good central location to do day trips from. We really loved Mallorca!! We enjoyed trying different restaurants and a car is necessary for that too. The owners were easy to deal with and I would definitely recommend this property!!

Wir, sieben Erwachsene, haben unsere Zeit in der Finca genossen. Es war alles wie im Inserat und Fotos beschrieben z.B. Einrichtung der Finca, Entfernung zur Haltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.. Vor Antritt der Reise haben uns sowohl die Besitzer als auch die super nette " Hausdame "Nathalie kontaktiert, so das es keine Probleme bei der Anreise gab. Bei passender Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne auf das Objekt zurück.

Tolle Finca, toller Pool, toller Urlaub
Wir 7 Mädels hatten tolle 5 Tage in der Finca und haben uns Pudelwohl gefühlt. Wir sind von Natalie sehr herzlich empfangen worden und möchten nochmal ganz lieb danke sagen, was sie für uns möglich gemacht hat. Es war alles sehr sauber und alles da was man brauchte. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Strandtücher. Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und die Finca sehr liebevoll eingerichtet Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäckerei und kleine lokale waren fußläufig in 2 min zu erreichen, Lidl mit dem Rad in 10 min. Mit dem Rad ca. 30 min nach Palma und zur Playa ca. 50min.( Großraum Taxi 50€) Alles in allem war alles Top und wir können die Finca einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Lg von den Stammtisch Mädels ' Nützt ja nix'

Wir hatten tolle Tage in der wunderschönen Finca. Der Pool lädt zum Baden ein und die große Terrasse unten und oben zum Sonnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei, schnell und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder, es war schön. Vielen Dank!
