"Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you...

"The property was very clean. Even though there was a foul smell on day one, the apartment was cleaned and the smell issue was addressed quickly. Our friends visited the apartment to spend an evening together. They were asked to submit their passports for record keeping. When questions were asked about data protection, the front desk person was unable to answer and felt irritated. Our guests felt uncomfortable during this conversation. "I had a wonderful time spending a couple days at this hotel. Each staff member with whom I interacted was friendly and upbeat The housekeeping staff went above and beyond in keeping my apartment tidy The location cannot be beat as the hotel is situated in the heart of Marrakech Gueliz . My wife used the spa facilities (additional charge) and was very pleased. "My friend and I made our last stop in Essouira to conclude our 3 week birthday vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming our host Zachariah was(my apologies if I spelled that wrong). The residence was beautiful and walking distance from everything..ie the beach, Medina, restaurants, bus depots etc. The terrace of the hotel had the most amazing view. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting essouira, as well I would stay here again."

"Great place to stay. We only stayed for one night as it was close to the airport. We all wished we’d stayed longer. The apartments are big. Ours had a large lounge, 2 x big bedrooms, 3 x bathrooms and a kitchen / balcony. The location is a bit out of the way of central Marrakesh but it is in a quiet area.
