Disliked: Cleanliness
Not good - too many restrictions. Not helpful. Unwilling. Annoying owner with no remorse. Do not go!
Arrived after travelling along a dirt road for 5 minutes. Upon arrival, instantly felt unwelcome. The manager had a ‘I can’t be bothered’ approach to his attitude. Luckily we had a lad who spoke Arabic so he managed to sort most stuff out. Too many restrictions with this villa. Walked into the villa with a beach volley ball to play in the pool And before I got a hello I was greeted with ‘This not allowed in pool’ :/
This is not the place to stay if you want to a memorable stag/birthday. We could not bring any local guests therefore none of our local friends could come have a party with us on my birthday. Would I book this again? NO. We also ordered breakfast for one of the days which consisted of a terrible omelette, hard bread and a few spoons on jam and butter - and some horrible juice which nobody liked. When you get a villa you expect to be able to enjoy yourself and not have to worry about cleaning up as when you pay for your villa, that’s kind of what you pay for. The manager of this villa sent abusive messages to me about having to clean up!? That’s your job! Honestly, look around you’ll find much better places. Spend the right money. Don’t skimp because you will end up with something like this and it’ll not make it the best Marrakech experience. 1 word to describe this villa : disappointing.
Luckily I was with good people and we managed to make it work but honestly if I could do it again, I’d spend twice as much on a better villa where you can bring your own friends/local people back and have a good time enjoy yourself. This villa is for families who don’t want to go out and not make a single bit of mess and have a boring holiday.
