Magical Secluded Neighborhood "Kasbah" Get-Away
Absolutely beautiful hotel with marvelous rooms, bathrooms, gardens, pool, and rooftop patio. Incredible service from the staff, especially the gentleman at the receptionist desk, who saw to it that every need we had was addressed. High quality spa and lounge - should not miss. The complaint that we had - and this was significant for us - when we went to check-out and pay for the extra services such as meals and spa treatments, they would only accept cash! And our bill was over $1000! We had to be taken to an ATM machine and withdraw cash from several credit cards! In addition, even though the hotels.com reservation indicated taxes were included, they were added to the bill - this happened at all of the five hotels.com hotels we used in Morocco. Having said this, this hotel is worth every penny!

Agréable riad, à une dizaine de minutes de voiture du centre historique de Marrakech et de la ville nouvelle. Mais impossible à trouver sans l'aide du personnel de l'hotel. Pour corser le tout, l'adresse mentionnée sur expedia est incomplète, le numéro de tel inexact et la localisation de google maps pas correcte. Du reste, personnel très sympathique et prévenant.
