Bait and Switch, Don't book with this middleman.
I thought we were booking the Riad Aymane but he's just a middleman who failed to actually secure the booking. He knew ahead of time but didn't tell us until after we'd arrived after our red-eye that the hotel was overbooked. Instead he tried to convince us we were getting an upgrade by taking us to a modern apartment far from the medina. The only positive is that he cancelled the reservation when we insisted and our money was refunded. Otherwise it was a horrible start to our trip and we found ourselves scrambling to find another hotel on the spot.
