"It’s was okay. I was very disappointed about the pool, it was closed at 7pm, so after being in town and going back to the camp site I was hoping our kids would go for a swim!! Didn’t happen. Their shuttle service is okay, not very helpful and flexible in my opinion. "

"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"
