Kitchen has a stove, fridge, sink & dining table w/ chairs, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, microwave & coffee maker w/ filters. Bathroom equipped w/a shower, towels & toilet paper. Air conditioning in summer. Plowed parking & shoveling in winter. Laundry in basement. This apartment is a mile or so from Lake Superior beaches & Lower Harbor. Directly across the street from Blackrock's Brewery, Third St Bagel, Sweet Water Cafe & Downwind Sports. Second time staying here. Both times with dogs. Quiet for the location. Close to great walking areas/green spaces. Walk to all Marquette has to offer. I am always amazed at the hospitality of Marquette!

The apartment was larger than expected. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. Great kitchen space with all we needed. Enjoyed being within walking distance of so many wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely be back!

The property is very affordable and perhaps that should have been a red flag. The bathroom is tiny tiny and both of us chose not to shower in it. The heating/cooling thermostat was locked not allowing us to control temperature and therefore roasting in a hot apartment. The old bones of the house are lovely but the beds, furniture, kitchen, and overall unfinished exterior made for a less than an ideal stay. Perhaps with multiple improvements this could be a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately it has a long way to go. However, the location in Marquette plus the surrounding environs of Marquette were amazing and we loved our visit.
