"We have stayed here in numerous occasions and the standards are always at high levels. Friendly staff, quiet location and within easy access to Berlin and surrounds with rental car as well as public transportation. Nice array of restaurants in close proximity of the hotel. "We booked two suites over Christmas and wow they are huge!! They were clean and felt luxurious. Bed was large and comfy, as we're the sofa beds. So large we had our own dance floor hehe Hotel is a 2 minute stroll to the nearest underground station. Restaurants all around and we had the best stay we could have asked for."

"We stayed in the executive room, very spacious but no city views. Generally not bad painting in some parts of the room could be of a better standing. Now something nobody comments on is the shower and that is a very important note, is very small could not move the shower head and my husband is tall, I am not but felt a bit claustrophobic and the shower curtain is useless, after shower water always accumulated in large quantities outside had to put a towel so to not slip."

"Can't beat the location; on the Ku'damm and close to the U-bahn, with excellent dining and shopping options all around. The first word that comes to mind when thinking about Hotel Zoo Berlin is "swanky." The hotel is modern; the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel entrance and lobby are lovely and welcoming. A perfect place to land after a long day of being out and about in Berlin!"

"Brilliant hotel for a city break with kids. Lots of choice at breakfast, all areas of hotel bright and clean. Friendly staff even when arriving at midnight. Great location for walking and next door to a station so easy to get everywhere. Cannot recommend this hotel enough"

Turkish hospitality in the heart of Berlin

"It was a pleasant stay for us in suite room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was awesome. There is a feeling of Turkish hospitality in its atmosphere, mostly when you take your tea from semaver and getting to the Turkish hamam and relax like kings. Farzad in reception was super nice and helpful guy. He managed our accommodation to be the highlighted night of our travel and helped us to make a quick walking tour. "
