"The property is in an very nice location...right on a very picturesque river. My group felt it was more of a fish camp than a house. If you plan to stay outside on the deck or the river 90% of the time you will probably love it. If you have to spend a significant amount of time inside you will find it cramped, with worn-out furniture and uncomfortable beds. It is operated by a management company and not the owner. There was only one extra blanket for the beds for my grandchildren who had come to NZ from 30 + degrees . Thanks owners for letting your property.
