"We couldn't have asked for more or for better value. Reception was very friendly, room was brightly lit and exceptionally clean, shower was steamy with great water pressure, beds were comfortable. And the hotel was centered in Bilbao's Old Towne with plenty to do. A perfect combination!"

"The location near Plaza Moyua is perfect for the airport bus and getting down to Bilbao Old Town. Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be. Althought the check in was really slow for whatever reason I will never know. The check out was worse. Even though we could show that the booking was fully paid for the guy was adament that we had not paid even though the credit card digits matched what was on our booking. "This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"

Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival.
