Our apartment located in Marmaris İçmeler. With a communal pool, spacious and everything that will make your holiday enjoyable has been thought. Our 1+1 flat has a capacity of 3 people and is within walking distance of many cafes and restaurants. It takes an average of 15 to the beach on foot. Our apartment, which is located in a quiet neighborhood due to its location, welcomes you, our valuable guests.

* Damage deposit Damage, lost, broken, cast, etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
*Water and electricity (weekly usage quota 150 kW) is included in the price. In case of excess electricity, the exceeded amount is requested.
* Minimum stay is 7 nights. Extra cleaning fees apply for stays of 3-5 nights outside of high season.
* Extra cleaning fee: 1000 TL
* Check-in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00 to our flat.
