"Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...

"L'accueil du propriétaire est très sympathique et laisse à disposition beaucoup de choses (épices, aliments et produits divers) pour faciliter l'installation de ses hôtes. Le chalet est très bien équipé. Il possède une grande terrasse et un beau jardin. Il est juste dommage que la piscine hors sol ternisse un peu la vue sur les splendides montagnes environnantes."
