Relaxing house in the green of Tuscany

Case La Sassa is a holiday home located at about 350 meters above sea level under the municipality of Marliana, between Montecatini and Pistoia, immersed in a natural landscape between olive groves and woods, where the winds that blow from both the sea and the mountains caress and relax the guest's living room.

The apartment, located on the first floor of a two-family house, has a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a sitting room with fireplace and sofa bed for a possible fifth person, a well-equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with shower; a habitable terrace offers a splendid view over the whole Valdinievole and the surrounding mountains.

Case La Sassa is placed in the middle of olive and fruit trees, all surrounded by a wood of chestnut, oak, fir and acacia trees. If you are staying in the right period you can look for mushrooms or in winter follow the whole oil production procedure, from the olive harvest to the oil mill processing. It is a truly peaceful place in the middle of nature, ideal for a relaxing weekend or for a relaxing period.

The house can also serve as a base for excursions to the cities of art and the interesting sites of Tuscany, all reachable with less than an hour's drive.
