"Great location, good value for Christmas market season. The hotel rooms do not have private bathrooms, which I did not realize when booking, so I will hear about that from my family for a very long time. Otherwise perfect. Super awesome staff."

"Fantastic old properly but with modern features. Some old hotels show signs of age but the owners of the Eisenhut have made sure that things are clean and new without spoiling the charm of a century’s old building . Brilliant location , very attentive staff. No cons at all with the hotel, but for info don’t follow set nav when Christmas markets are on , all surrounding roads around the hotel are blocked off . So it may be better asking for the car park location and parking first as this is outside of the no car zone and easily accessible. "
