"Jarrod at the front desk checked me in and he was so kind, friendly and engaging. Someone in our party forgot a toothbrush and he provided the toothbrush and toothpaste. Later in the evening, we realized that our heating/cooling unit had an extremely loud clicking noise that wouldn’t stop. We called the front desk and Cedric was on duty at this time and moved us to a different room within 15 minutes. "We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night upon finding our heat wasn’t working. I apparently left something in the first room - we saw housekeeping knocking on that door and let them know we had switched rooms, but if they found that missing item, they must’ve just thrown it away, as no one bothered to ask me.
