"The staff were ever so helpful. A lot of the staff spoke multiple languages, which helped a lot. (I am only English speaking) Catered for gluten free and offered oat and soya milk. Fully stocked fridge with beer, water and soft drinks. 5 mins walk from the highstreet. 20 min walk to vitra museum. Only rated 4/5 for condition because there was ongoing maintenance which I wasn’t aware of. However this didn’t disrupt our stay. The room was perfect and breakfast was great. "

Both the hotel and restaurant staff are sincerely caring about the quality of service they deliver to guests. On top of that the Schwarzmatt is a lovely property, meticulously maintained. Highly recommended."
