This lovely modern cottage is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in the heart of the village of Wragby on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Next to a popular gastro pub with your own private gate in the garden for access too it, Eve’s Retreat provides an excellent touring base from which to explore this area of Lincolnshire. With the sandy beaches of the east coast about 30 minutes drive to the east with the traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe always popular for a day at the seaside.
Market Rasen with its race course is about 15 minutes drive, as is the unspoilt Georgian market town of Louth, still with two busy market days a week. Horncastle is renowned for its antique shops and is only a short drive away. Inland 25 minutes away is the cathedral city of Lincoln, rich in history combined with independent boutique shopping, great arts and culture and many places to eat and drink while exploring. And after your days spent exploring or relaxing you can return to your cottage to relax with food and drink available through a private gate at the end of your garden. Nearest pub 100 yards, shop and takeaways 150 yards.
