"The Lullaby Room was much more than we expected! The rooms were perfect for myself, my husband and my adult daughter. We each had our own space and, with two bathrooms we were never fighting to shower or wash up! "The apartment was nice. The kitchen had its limits. Only the necessary dishes (less of pots, no bowel, ladle, no microwave) So who wants sometimes to cook, has to improvise. The other think was the woman who clean the apartments. Her things - washing machine, ironing staff and other were close to kitchen and she entered several times to apartment put the loundry in to washing machine, then put it dry. She was nice, but it disturbed our privacy. "

"Giovanni was very welcoming and helpful with restaurant recommendations, parking etc. and communicates well in english. Every details was thought of on the property (coffee, linens, soap, detergents and more) Each room was equipped with a desk, AC, Netflix... "Disappointing Cons- musty mildewy smell throughout the apt. There’s a dehumidifier in the apt and it helps some, but we had to empty it at least once a day. We stayed for 9 days and only received 2 bath towels. The couch has stains on it- (I suggest a new couch or at least a couch cover). The shower tile looks as if it’s not been cleaned. In desperate need of bleaching. Pros- it’s in a great location and walking distance to everything. "

"- very busy area, many many cars, but good parking garage 10m from front door - large rooms and kitchen - air conditioner did not work on first and hot night, clerk claimed he fixed it while we were out on second day - it was not fixed; after several calls and a repairman visit they moved us to another room (a very poor sleep the first night, time to deal with the repairman and move our belongings, and then the other apartments air conditioning barely worked) - no apology, no comp. - bottom...
