Nossa hospedagem foi de passagem a caminho para Foz, por isso ficamos apenas 1 noite só para dormir, então não esperavamos muita coisa. A atendente na recepção não foi muito simpática. O quarto era simples, travesseiro ruim, frigobar não estava gelando e ainda vazava água. Café da manhã bom. Atendeu nossa necessidade, mas não recomendo para estadias mais longas.

A variedade de opções era impressionante, desde frutas frescas até pães e bolos deliciosos. A qualidade dos alimentos era excelente e a equipe do café da manhã foi muito atenciosa e eficiente. Localização: A localização do hotel é simplesmente perfeita. Está situado próximo aos principais pontos turísticos e oferece fácil acesso a restaurantes, lojas e transportes públicos, facilitando muito os passeios pela cidade. Atendimento: O atendimento foi excepcional. A equipe da recepção foi sempre cordial e prestativa, pronta para ajudar com qualquer solicitação ou dúvida. Eles fizeram com que eu me sentisse bem-vindo desde o momento em que cheguei. Pontos a Melhorar: Estrutura: Embora a minha estadia tenha sido agradável, acredito que o hotel poderia se beneficiar de algumas melhorias em sua estrutura. Algumas áreas comuns pareciam um pouco desgastadas e poderiam ser renovadas para proporcionar um ambiente mais moderno e confortável. Condições Gerais: Alguns aspectos do quarto também poderiam ser melhorados, como a mobília que estava um pouco datada e sinais de desgaste no banheiro. Uma atualização nessas áreas certamente elevaria a experiência dos hóspedes.
