The Place is simple, simple condominium, but well tidy fit with everything you need.
Always seeking to accommodate our guests with great comfort.

The apartment is located at Av: José Alves Nendo, Jardim São Silvestre
I need to be aware of the location, because at the time of evaluation, always put low grades, making me below the level that Airbnb asks to continue in the app. So I ask you to book only when the LOCATION is not bothering you. SO MY ADVERTISING IS NOT IN RISK OF BEING DELETED FROM THE APP.

We live in a region of pure condominiums. In front of the Federal Police. Two kilometers from UniCesumar.

There is parking space for one car. Safely in the condo.
Very safe place.
