"This is advertised as a hotel and it is most definitely a road side motel. Transitioning to new owners, rooms and property are a mess. oom that was booked was not was offered on site, instead I was charged $20 more for the room that was pictured on hotels.com- credit card information was written in a notebook. Zero on the professional property scale."

"The property was clean, comfortable and as described. We appreciated the smart TV's and the arcade and board games too. The cords with outlets and USB ports were very convenient throughout the space.The large living room TV and reclining sofas made for a great movie night. A few goodies were provided for us along with fixings for coffee. The large outdoor deck has plenty of seating space, a grill and my favorite, a hot tub (with towels provided). I enjoyed soaking while watching the freighters...

"This spot is excellent for viewing frieghters!! In 3 nights we experienced close to thirty. Our weather was in the mid 60's, which made for misty October over-nights. The Freighters sounded their fog-horns during the night when they passed. It was 'spooky-fun'! Being close to town, we walked to our favorite food and shopping places. We will stay here again."

"My wife/I stayed here for 4 nights with our Schnauzer, Lulu. What a great find, right on the main shipping channel in the St Clair River. The house was completely furnished with all the necessities, except food, of course. They evenhad a washer/dryer at our dispoal. It is close proximity to Algonac, Marine City,St Clair,and Maryville.
