Holiday apartments with their own balcony, in a quiet location right by the sea

This house with its apartments each for four people is located in the small fishing village of Vinisce near Trogir. It is right by the sea in a cul-de-sac with little traffic. There are only weekend houses in the quiet surroundings. Access to the house is via a few steps. Owing to the sparsely built-up location right by the sea, you can enjoy a wonderful open view.

Each apartment has its own parking space. In total five parking spaces are available. The enclosed site has a garden with a roofed grill area and garden furniture, for the shared use of all guests for relaxing and grilling. You can also play table tennis or table football. Each apartment has its own furnished balcony. In front of the house there is a large main terrace, offering a wonderful view of the sea and the bay.

As you have to go up a few steps to get to the house, the apartments are not suitable for wheelchair users. There are three moorings in front of the house for guests who would like to bring their own boat. The owners are present during the summer months and are happy to assist with any queries.

Enjoy the luxury of this beautiful location right by the sea. You can’t get any closer to the crystal clear water. Sunbathing or swimming are just a five-metre walk away. Active holiday-makers can hire a boat or a kayak to explore the nearby coasts and beaches. Shops are also within easy walking distance, so you can leave your car parked. It is just 500 metres into the village with its shops, bars and restaurants.

The 43m² apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The kitchen provides all the necessary appliances such as a fridge, microwave, gas stove, coffee machine and cutlery, glasses and crockery. The living room has a sofa bed and a dining table with chairs and satellite TV.
