"The hotel manager (Mr. Ahmed Farag ) and concierge ( Mr. Adham ) at this hotel were exceptional. The hotel manager was always attentive and made sure that all of our needs were met. They were organized and efficient in handling any issues or requests that we had during our stay. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and activities. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation and making reservations for us. Overall, the hotel manager and concierge went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service were truly commendable. We highly recommend this hotel based on our positive experience with the hotel manager and concierge."

"The place is perfect for families indeed, outstanding white soft sands beach with amazing sea color, great swimming pools with lot of fun for kids, food is authentic and delicious, check in was so smooth, wonderful greetings and welcoming by Mr. Mohamed Mousa.. "Everything is OUTSTANDING! from reception to house keeping to restaurant to pools etc! Staff are extremely helpful and wanting to do everything to make you happy and comfortable. Hotel is not on the beach front, however they provide a golf cart (ready on request) that is ready to pick and drop you whenever you want... works nicely! Furniture and food quality are outstanding too. In summary, I haven't stayed in any hotel in Egypt that wow'ed me more than The Address Marassi"
