"Our hosts, Filomena and Domenico, were amazingly attentive and responsive the entire time and made us feel like family. They are wonderful people, and their little truly makes you feel like you're living in a castle. I'm not the type to write reviews, but I adored these people and their beautiful property. Additionally, it's a perfect location because it's a half-hour drive to either the Adriatic or Mediterranean and a perfect, peaceful respite in the country after a busy day."

"The accuracy of the list vs reality a total shocker. Arrived to a hot house full of bugs, no soap in bathroom, used sponge in the kitchen area, limited towels for three nights stay. Was notified that air conditioned was only in bedrooms and we had to pay on consumption. No where listed when we bought the stay!! Total disappointment!That was only arrival. Lost internet hot water and water service all in 2 days! Stinky water with bad smell was also a problem and all we got from host was how can...

I wish we knew about a few things before we rented a place for the month; - There’s a service fee that we had to pay assuming like a resort fee that we were unaware of until we got to the unit. This was paid in cash. - We rented this unit because it had kitchenette. We made good use out of the mini fridge. However, unless we had all the lights, turned off the air conditioning, turned off, etc.. We were unable to use the burner stove...

"A modern house with all equipment you need. you can enjoy a privacy. Anna is a kind person and helped us a lot. Everything was perfect, we spent a wonderful time in Monacizzo. Nice beach is about 10 min by walk. Restaurants are 5 minutes by car."

Infine Hardy, il proprietario, è molto gentile e premuroso (all'arrivo abbiamo trovato vino per noi e cibo per il nostro cane) ; anche nei giorni successivi è stato attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. "Die Unterkunft ist super gepflegt. Der Pool ist echt super und taugt auch um kurze Bahnen zu schwimmen. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Was wir sehr geschätzt haben ist die Außendusche, die war wirklich toll. Die Nachbarschaft haben wir gar nicht groß wahrgenommen, alles ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut alles da was man braucht. "We were met by Patricia on arrival (very charming) shown round the apartment and explained the heating and hot water( very simple to use). It was very clean and presented to a high standard. "Cercavamo una soluzione adatta a goderci a pieno una settimana di relax. Questo appartamento ci ha permesso di farlo. Letteralmente sul mare e a pochi passi da alcune delle mete più belle della Puglia. È dotato di tutto ciò che è necessario, nota particolarmente positiva per l’esterno che ti permette di mangiare vista spiaggia e l’aria condizionata immancabile ristoro. Se dovessi scegliere di tornare in Puglia probabilmente tornei quì!"

"Abbiamo prenotato questa casa per una settimana nel mese di luglio. Abbiamo trovato una casa pulita e ben arredata, purtroppo tutto il resto non corrispondeva alle nostre esigenze. A pochi passi c‘é una piccola baia che purtroppo é da raggiungere soltanto in discesa tra pietre e scogli, assolutamente non adatto per anziani e bambini, una discesa purtroppo pericolosa. A ca. 200 metri di distanza una spiaggia con il mare cristallino ma molto affollata e non proprio pulita, abbiamo preferito...

"We have had a wonderful time during our one week stay at the property. Beautiful home, spacious and modern with lots of amenities. The top terrace is beautiful, we really enjoy dining and relaxing watching the ocean, Location was great, walking distance from a market, pharmacy, and many restaurants. Will definitely be back. Antonio the property manager provided outstanding service and was always very responsive and quick in getting back to us."
